Guelaguetza Restaurants is not only a pioneer in Oaxaca Cuisine in the US. Mr. Lopez, along with his family strives to promote the Oaxaca culture he is so proud of through a biweekly newspaper, “El Oaxaqueno.” El Oaxaqueno is a newspaper dedicated to the Oaxacan community residing in California as well as those in Oaxaca. El Oaxaqueno is distributed though Southern and Northern Califonia, as well as in Oaxaca.
This publication has helped bring the OaxaCalifornian community together for cultural events and connects those residing in Oaxaca with those in the US for over 10 years.You can find a copy in any of our locations.
